Adrian was born in Scotland, grew up in Europe and graduated Edinburgh University Summa Cum Laude with a dual 1st degree in Engineering and Business.

He has partnered and strategically guided the leadership of the largest health insurers in the USA with innovative market leading product strategies in health improvement and wellness.
He has worked alongside many Fortune 100 employers to effectively implement breakthrough corporate wellness initiatives and achieved breakthrough employee participation levels.
Most recently he turn key designed and built a comprehensive population health engagement platform for one of the largest healthy insurance providers in Spain.

She began her path working for the Indian Health Organization as a tribal member of the Narragansett Tribal Nation.

She has been instrumental in the key expansion of Engagehealthy services and products into the European Union including leading one of our projects in designing and executing a comprehensive population health program for over 5 million members in partnership with the largest health insurer in Spain.
Ana also leads our marketing and engagement strategy execution with an outstanding background in branding, communications and graphic visual design. Her knowledge of leading social media and digital media trends places her at the forefront of innovative strategies and approaches in effective communication and engagement.
As a talented bilingual executive versed in both US and EU markets she adds a global insight and understanding to our team and is key to our ability to execute successfully on both continents and in multiple cultures simultaneously.
